Directions:

• If you have not taken any exams yet, you must purchase the first On-line Mock Exam.
• After you take your first exam, you must submit a STUDENT EVALUATION FORM to obtain one free mock. You will continue this process until completion of your exams. Students must submit one student evaluation per division AFTER you take that division.
• If you have already taken at least one exam, submit student evaluation for the exam taken then request any one available free On-line Mock Exam.
• Upon submission of your last exam evaluation, you can choose to be awarded a $25 voucher towards future classes or another free online mock exam
  

Rules for Student Evaluation Completion:

• STUDENT EVALUATIONS NOT FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS BELOW WILL BE REJECTED.
• Online Mocks are NOT part of your class registration or given out as a courtesy or given out for repeated/exhaustive unacceptable evaluations.
• Evaluations are only accepted AFTER you have taken the exam.
• Exam Title and Mock Requested must be different.
• You must complete each section of the evaluation to receive mocks.
• In the ADD box, list atleast FOUR topics or phrases you may want us to teach.
• Multiple words line are required.
• Single words or unclear or vague or broad concepts are not sufficient and will be rejected. We seek value-added topics that will help us improve our classes.
• If you feel our class was perfect, you must still atleast place FOUR topics or phrases for free online mock exam in the ADD box.
• Funkaar Studios complies with exam privacy criteria set for by NCARB, USGBC and state licensing boards to preserve exam integrity to protect health, safety and welfare. Students must not submit exam questions and answers on the evaluations. Topics useful for architect's knowledge in the industry to assist with HSW and to help improve continuing education for architects are NOT in violation with exam policies.
• Empty ADD or DELETE boxes are NOT acceptable.

Example of UNACCEPTABLE terms in the ADD box:

• items already on the syllabus
• more LEED
• more ADA
• more class time
• more mock exams
• more programming
• more contracts (A101 or B101, etc)
• more city planning

Example of ACCEPTABLE terms in the ADD box:

• items missing from the syllabus
• LEED heat island effect
• specific definitions or terms
• ADA braille signage details
• A101 claims process
• bicycle lane requirements
• septic tank types and when to use
• new urbanism key principles
