Pass rate data collection is an extensive task. We collect and publish pass rates annually from former students. Our goal is to continuously research the A.R.E. to maintain the highest pass rates for the course.
Average 83% pass rate per division
Average student passes 6-of-7 divisions
25% pass all seven divisions in 3-months
Most students concurrently testing during the
A.R.E. 4.0 READY COURSE leave class with passing 6 out of 7 divisions. About 25% of the students pass all the divisions with in the 3-month cycle of the course. We considered this a very successful pass rate average.
L.E.E.D. READY COURSE holds an 88% passrate.

Instructors are qualified licensed architects who have tested on the computerized A.R.E. versions. All instructors are required to be university level professors to ensure teaching ability. All instructors are required to teach consistent course content at any of our course locations. A set syllabus is used as an instructional aid so that students can follow the lecture with a guided outline.
