Purchase includes grading of ONE practice example per vignette.
Multiple versions for the same vignette will not be graded unless purchased separately. (for example submit either 3.1 or 4.0 version, not both)
Vignettes are graded within 72hrs of submission. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you fail the initial submission, you can then resubmit the corrected drawing once within 2-weeks of original submission for final grading. No other resubmissions are permitted
Vignette review expires ONE year from registration date.

You can attach the file as a PDF or WORD document only. Image files are not accepted as they can be too large.
You can save your vignette by taking a screen shot on PC or using GRAB on Mac

VIEW VIGNETTE GRADING SAMPLE

Vignettes are graded within 72hrs of submission. NO EXCEPTIONS
Instructor will return the grade file as a PDF with markup and instruction on corrections. Instructor will indicate graded items as 'SUGGESTIONS', 'CONFIRM'' DOWNGRADE', 'FAILING ERRORS', PASS or FAIL
You are allowed to submit one email after initial grading with a list of clarifications. You can then resubmit once within 2-weeks of original submission for final grading. No other resubmissions are permitted.
Grading is done as an email exchange. It does not include private tutoring time with the instructor. Please see PRIVATE TUTORING to schedule meeting with the instructor.
All graded vignettes are copyright by Funkaar Studios. Students are not permitted to distribute or post graded vignettes on public forum or other medium.

If you are registered for one of the classes covering graphic vignettes, we will instruct you step by step on how to draw each vignette in a workshop style working on a computer.

Vignette Gradng, however, is NOT part of course registration but is an additional service we offer for out-of-class grading of the individual student solutions after class. Many students want to go home and clean up their work then submit for grading for increased exam success. This additional service is offered for this reason.

If you experience glitches, try adjusting your screen display setting or erase the file, redownload and reinstall program to ensure the file was not corrupted during download. Funkaar Studios does not provide technical support on NCARB software. Please call NCARB directly if you continue to experience problems installing the software on your computer.

Here is a recommended schedule to schedule your actual ARE for students who wish to test concurrently according to our Study Methodology timelines:
Division 1: CDS (1-week study)
Division 2: PPP (1-2week study)
Division 3: SPD (1-week study)
Division 4: SD (1-week study)
Division 5: SS (3-week study)
Division 6: BS (2-week study)
Division 7: BDCS (2-week study)

Funkaar Studios holds no responsibility for exam availability or exam fees or exam change fees as administered by a third party (NCARB, Prometric, USGBC, GBCI). We simply recommend a testing schedule. It is the student's responsibility to confirm exam availability and errors in schedule indicated above prior to registration for exams.
